The unique thing about Mary is that she actually brings value to the negotiating table.  While some agents just want to get the deal done and earn that fee, Mary is investigating the ways and means to add value to my offer, and/or the property.  It’s a very interesting and unique method of deal making that you don’t find often.  I will work with her again and encourage my friends to frequently. She has saved and made me a ton of money!  $$$,$$$.$$

Mary was truly engaged and instrumental in my new dream home purchase.  From the very beginning she asked very specific questions about my needs that no one else in my experience of buying property ever had.  She was in touch with me regularly about off market properties that she or her team had already garnered interest from the Seller but had not yet officially come on the market.  I had the chance to look at properties before tens, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars in unwanted upgrades, staging, photography, etc. had been poured into the price of them. Ultimately, I wound up choosing a resale condo in a new development and I got an amazing price for the view I wanted.  I think that the Seller was also very happy. We actually all celebrated together after the closing.  Seemed like a great deal for everyone and while it did take me some time to come to my choice, it wasn’t long or strenuous getting from my initial offer to the finish line. I’m moving in in September and have already chosen my interior designer whose work I reviewed upon Mary’s recommendation.  She’s already holding my hand with regard to the art selection from my existing collection. I’m so excited!

If you’re looking for a great Realtor you’ve found the best one in my opinion.  I had asked around and been referred to a bunch since arriving here, but I wound up looking on my own at a bunch of houses.  I met Mary at an open house, and she impressed me the most with what she knew and was happy to share about the area.  She offered to keep in touch and send me listings, and then she followed up and found what I wanted rather quickly surprisingly because I’d been shopping for nearly 3 months already.  She got me in the door within 12 hours of the property listing the night before. She had access to it arranged before I even woke up. I was able to make an all-cash offer that pushed mine to the front. We closed in 16 days, and I couldn’t be happier with the place and how much less stressful it was than I imagined it would be.  This is my first home that I own, and it might be the last.  I am 60! It has everything I want and need, and then some.

I have a lot of realtor friends and family but none quite like Mary.  She does not give up.  She knew I was looking with others and was OK with me signing her Buyer/Broker agreement for each individual property that she showed me.  Ultimately, I had to go with her, and it was kind of her to pay my sister a referral fee.  Not all Realtors would have.  My sister was less than diligent with the pursuit, but Mary found what I wanted.  She also introduced me to a great landscape architect who has turned the property into everything that I wanted but wouldn’t have seen or even envisioned if Mary hadn’t pointed out the possibility.  It’s a dream oasis and entertainment masterpiece.

I’ve been in the business of selling real estate for more than 30 years and I have a huge book of business, sometimes outbound, that I cannot always tend to the area of their desire.  Mary has impressed me with her willingness and ability to take on clients even when it requires her to farm a new area.  I have referred multiple clients outside of my territory and all have found her to be an expert.  I don’t question it because I’m busy, but I do know where to send my referral leads. I had the pleasure of working with Mary during the construction and delivery of Princess Tower which was the world’s tallest residential tower at the time of development.  Mary was able to source a pool of units that met my client's investment criteria for serviced apartments and my client is very happy with the return his group is making on the investment.  It is 3 contiguous floors, with a mix of Studios, 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms which have maintained a very strong occupancy rate over 90% and have appreciated significantly.  I would be glad to do it again.

Can I just say, WoW!

Mary has an impressive knack for problem solving.  I envisioned more than a dozen obstacles in my path to selling the property, that my father left to me. Somehow none of it phased her and she got to work immediately.  A couple calls with lawyers, review of my HOA docs, a donation to charity got things removed and a nice tax deduction. She encouraged me to get a pre-inspection, and I hired her handyman to do some minor repairs, it was livable but not turnkey as most end users would like.  I ultimately wound up selling the property to an investor and had more than 3 offers within a week of listing.  I sure as heck did not want to spend my money, time and effort renovating it, or thousands in HOA dues and property taxes. The closing occurred within 19 days of my listing it. I did not have to come out of pocket for anything. All fees were handled at the closing, and I am so thankful for this money and that none of my time was wasted. My father would be proud of me. Thanks Mary!
