Mary Willison is a distinguished real estate professional with over 24 years of experience across multiple property sectors. Originally from Northern California and educated in Houston, Texas, Mary began her real estate career in New York City in 2001, specializing in Commercial Real Estate Investment Property Sales with Eastern Consolidated, one of the top commercial brokerage firms of NYC. During her tenure, she has successfully sold a variety of assets, including mixed-use and multi-family apartment buildings, development sites, office buildings, hotels, and single-room occupancies. In 2007, Mary expanded her expertise globally by relocating to Dubai, UAE, where she served as a Senior Consultant for some of the world's most iconic property developers. She played a critical role in the international marketing and sales of ultra-luxury, technologically advanced buildings, and consulted on master-planned community development projects, strategic pricing, pre-launch events, and buyer financing plans. Mary was instrumental in the consolidation and completion of stalled projects during the 2008 Global Economic Crisis, navigating complex investor relations and bringing projects to fruition. Her efforts in international markets, including Middle Eastern, Asian, and European regions, broke several sales records, particularly for high-end developments and luxury offices in Dubai’s Business Bay, including projects by the world-renowned architects Architectronica and Zaha Hadid.

Returning to her native California in 2011, Mary leveraged her global network and expertise to establish her brand, Luxury Life Real Estate, under the Coldwell Banker Previews International banner. Today, she serves a discerning clientele of VIP clients, developers, and investors, by specializing in luxury homes, condos, new developments, and income-generating assets.

Mary has been an active member of several prominent organizations, including the National, State, and Local Associations of Realtors® in Malibu, Beverly Hills, and the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY®). She has served on the board of her favorite charity ChildHelp's Orange County Chapter
