After leasing many Manhattan apartments and commercial spaces including top restaurants, a hardware store and even a psychic, Mary earned her Brokers license quickly and joined Eastern Consolidated, one of the city’s top commercial brokerage firms (doing $4.5B in sales annually) in 2003. There, she specialized in high-value investment property sales, successfully transacting mixed-use developments, multi-family apartment buildings, office towers, hotels, and mid-scale development sites. In 2007, Mary expanded her influence globally, relocating to Dubai, UAE, where she served as a Senior Consultant for some of the world’s most iconic real estate developers. She played a pivotal role in the international marketing and sales of ultra-luxury, technologically advanced properties, advising on master-planned community developments, strategic pricing models, pre-launch initiatives, and sophisticated buyer financing solutions.
During the 2008 Global Economic Crisis, Mary’s market intelligence and negotiation skills proved invaluable in revitalizing stalled projects, restructuring investor portfolios, and successfully bringing high-profile developments to completion. Her work in international real estate markets—including the Middle East, Asia, and Europe—led to record-breaking transactions in Dubai’s Business Bay, featuring landmark projects by globally renowned architects such as Arquitectonica and Zaha Hadid.
